'Casa Javea Sands' is a 3 bedroom property. On the GROUND FLOOR It has one spacious double bedroom with a bathroom which is a WET ROOM with roll in shower. There is also the kitchen which leads to a back terrace, Dining room and Living room leading to the front private garden & second terrace. Everywhere is furnished to a high standard with comfort and quality for you to enjoy our holiday.

UPSTAIRS, has one King bedroom with private sun terrace/balcony and one Twin bedroom. A second bathroom/shower is also on this First floor.

(Please note the twin & king bedroom/balcony & second bathroom are upstairs so not wheelchair accessible.)

This self-catering property has all the modern appliances and facilities you would expect from a high quality Holiday rental to ensure you spend the maximum time enjoying your holiday and the minimum time doing the chores. WIFI in every room. All rooms have large windows with fitted Mosquito nets . We have three terraces with outdoor furniture , sun lounges and a barbeque, allowing you to sit or dine outside and enjoy the fantastic weather . We have air conditioning/heating in all rooms and ceiling fans. The lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV (Satellite), DVD player and CD player with Ipod dock. There is a selection of books , DVD's and board games. Kitchen equipment includes: electric cooker with oven, washing machine , dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker , smoothy maker, juicer and all the utensils and crockery you need for your stay.
